Exchange policy:
- Un-worn items may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for exchange only.
- Sorry, no refunds.
- Each item may only be exchanged free of charge one time only.
- If you are still unsatisfied with your second choice, you may send it back, but a small fee of $5 per item applies. This fee covers shipping and handling.
- Please include a check for five dollars or cash with your item to be exchanged.
- If the original item was purchased using a discount, and the item being exchanged is not a like item, the amount paid will be the amount credited.
- If the original item purchased is less than the item you wish to exchange it for, please include a check for the difference, plus the $5.00 shipping & handling fee, if applicable.
- If the original item purchased is more than the item you wish to exchange it for, a gift certificate to poppishop.com will be issued for the difference, less the shipping fee.
- We only exchange items purchased directly from poppishop.com or in person at our studio in Alexandria, Virginia. Items purchased at one of our retail stores are not eligible to be exchanged. Please check the return / exchange policy of that particular store.
Where do I send my exchange?
All you have to do is send it back in the original tin along with the receipt and payment for the shipping.
