We are a tiny little operation and getting your order to you as quickly as possible is important to us. This Holiday season we have many retail shows that we are doing and are a little busier than usual. To help simplify shipping, we will begin shipping on Mondays only, with the addition of Saturday December 19th.
We will continue in 2016 to ship only on Mondays.
We make every effort to get your purchase to you ASAP, but please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade in our little workshop.
As of October 2016 we will be using USPS Priority Mail to ship all domestic packages. International packages will be sent USPS International Priority.
If you have a specific "due by" date, we strongly suggest you put that information in the special request message field in the shopping cart. You can call us at 301-779-2392 to find out more detailed delivery information. Or, you always have the option to send us a separate email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have no control of USPS or FedEx but we will make every effort on our end to meet your requested date.
Explanation of shipping options:
Standard 2-4 business days – Ships on Mondays
$7.00 for first item, $2.00 each additional item
USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to a US address.
$29 for first item, includes up to 3 items. $2.00 each item over 3.
International Priority Mail US Postal Service.
Holiday Schedule 2015-2016:
Thanksgiving Holiday: Poppi headquarters will be closed Wednesday, November 25th – Sunday November 29th. Regular studio hours will resume Monday, November 30th.
Winter Holiday: Poppi headquarters will be closed Friday, December 25th - Monday, January 4th
Regular studio hours will resume Tuesday, January 5th 2016.
Holiday Shipping: Poppi is a small operation. We work very hard to ensure that our customers are happy and our orders go out in a timely fashion. Please refer to the information below when placing an order during the holiday season.

We will not be shipping any holiday orders after December 21st.
We will do everything in our power to get your order to you on time. However, once we have sent your order off, it is out of our hands — we cannot change or control how fast it gets to you or the gift recipient. Please keep in mind that the US Post Office are slammed this time of year and there are no guarantees.

Is your order lost in transit?
We ship everything first class USPS with delivery confirmation. If you do not receive your order, email or call us at 301-779-2392 to let us know and we will start tracking your package. We will email you all information provided to us from usps.com and all future activity. If delivery has been confirmed to the address you provided when you placed your order, as far as we are concerned, the package has been delivered, and our responsibility has ended. We are sorry if your doorman, concierge or management office has misplaced it.
