We are a tiny little operation and getting your order to you as quickly as possible is very important to us. We usually ship in-stock items the next business day. Items that are not in-stock or special orders that require additional production time usually take an additional 2 or 3 days, but sometimes as much as a week.

We make every effort to get your purchase to you ASAP, but please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade in our little workshop. On the very rare occasion that we will not be able to ship out your purchase within a few days, we will contact you via email and explain the situation.

Shipping times as listed on the shopping cart are approximate transportation times and refer to the number of business days after your purchase leaves our hands.

If you have a specific "due by" date, we strongly suggest you put that information in the special request message field in the shopping cart. You can call us at 301-779-2392 to find out more detailed delivery information. Or, you always have the option to send us a separate email at orders@poppishop.com. We have no control of USPS or FedEx but we will make every effort on our end to meet your requested date.

Repairs are shipped for free.
A small shipping and handling fee of $5 pre item applies to exchanges.

Explanation of shipping options:

Standard 5-7 days
$5.00 for first item, $2.00 each additional item
First Class US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation to a US address.

Rush 2-3 days
$18.00 for first item, $1.00 each additional item
FedEx 2-day Service (Street addresses only, no PO boxes)
Tracking number available upon request, email us

There is no SUPER RUSH option.

International First Class
$20 for first item, $3 each additiional item
First Class Package International Service US Postal Service.


Holiday Schedule 2013:

Thanksgiving Holiday: Poppi headquarters will be closed Wednesday, November 27th - Saturday 30th. Regular studio hours / shipping will resume Monday, December 2nd.

Winter Holiday: Poppi headquarters will be closed Wednesday, December 25th - Monday, January 6th
Regular studio hours / shipping will resume Tuesday, January 7th, 2014.

Holiday Shipping: Poppi is a small operation. We work very hard to ensure that our customers are happy and our orders go out in a timely fashion. Please refer to the information below when placing an order during the holiday season.

Please note that by selecting Rush shipping, your order will be sent via FedEx and arrive on the second or third business day after shipment. We will not request a signature, unless you would like us to require one. If a signature is required, and no one is there to sign for the package, your order will be returned to your FedEx facility and you will have to go and pick it up in person.

We do prioritize Rush shipments, however it generally takes one to two days for us, to make and fill an order once it is placed. We suggest placing ALL holiday orders before December 20th.

We will not be shipping any holiday orders after December 20th.

We will do everything in our power to get your order to you on time. However, once a shipping option is selected and we have sent your order off, it is out of our hands — we cannot change or control how fast it gets to you or the gift recipient. Please keep in mind that FedEx and the US Post Office are slammed this time of year and there are no guarantees.

Is your order lost in transit?

We ship everything first class USPS with delivery confirmation. If you do not receive your order, email or call us at 301-779-2392 to let us know and we will start tracking your package. We will email you all information provided to us from usps.com and all future activity. If delivery has been confirmed to the address you provided when you placed your order, as far as we are concerned, the package has been delivered, and our responsibility has ended. We are sorry if your doorman, concierge or management office has misplaced it.
